Mindfulness: loving myself in order to love others
Emotions are an integral part of the human experience. They play a crucial role in our lives and relationships, and frequently influence our decisions.
In this four-week course, we will concentrate on how to connect with our whole selves by paying attention to our minds, bodies, and emotions. We will come to terms with everything that makes us complete as human beings, and we will develop the skills necessary to manage, rather than suppress, the events of our daily existence. Always placing self-care first, mindful that in order to care for others, we must first care for ourselves.
We will learn to stop and observe what is truly present before acting, and we will learn to deploy more effective and event-adapted actions.

- Complete Mindfulness program (4 Saturdays).
- 1 complimentary session with the educational staff (date to be confirmed).
- 1 complimentary session with families (date to be confirmed).
- Between sessions, recommendations to be followed, practical proceedings, etc., will be conducted.
- Intersessional forum to clear up questions.
- Cost: 120 € Complete schedule (4 Saturdays)
- Minimum participants: 10 individuals.
