¿Cómo es mi cerebro?

Participate in our neuroimaging study

Fundación Querer, in collaboration with the Cognition and Grammar Lab and Ruber International Hospital of Madrid, is conducting a scientific study on the neural pathways of language in children with severe language difficulties and the functional consequences of epilepsy on the brain.

To conduct a comprehensive scientific investigation, it is essential to compare the results obtained from these children with those of a “control group,” consisting of children without language difficulties.”

Will you join us?

We are currently seeking

volunteers aged 7 to 13 who are healthy and have no prior history of language problems.

What do I have to do?

Participants will need to lie still in the MRI machine for approximately 30 minutes. During this time, they will be asked to listen to a series of exercises, and to make the experience more enjoyable, they will have the option to watch a movie.

    The study has received approval from a Research Ethics Committee for medicinal research and from the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products, in compliance with current regulations, including Royal Decree 1090/2015 of 4 December and European Regulation 536/2014 of 16 April 2014, which governs clinical trials involving medicinal products.
